As one of our prominent features, the trip log tab summarizes all of your trip details by quarter in one easy-to-access location.

To create and maintain a trip sheet, first select which vehicle and driver you want to make a log for, and be sure to enter the odometer reading at the beginning of the trip. Next, enter your start and end points, along with their dates, and any additional information you’d like to keep track of, like carrier, trailer number, or load description.

Once those details are jotted down, you can input purchased fuel in each state, and then mileage and fuel records by breaking down your miles as taxable, nontaxable, and toll or non-toll. When that’s completed, save your trip details for your final IFTA return!
