Getting Organized for 1st Quarter IFTA Filing
If you don’t have an ExpressIFTA account, you will need to create one real quick; it only takes a second. Then, grab your mileage information and fuel receipts for January and February. Now once you are logged into your ExpressIFTA account and have all your business and vehicle information entered, you can start entering your miles.

ExpressIFTA does provide a GPS Upload and Bulk Upload feature to make entering your mileage even easier. Our Bulk Upload feature works for both vehicles and miles. If you do not see your GPS platform available, contact the ExpressIFTA Team so we can add it for you.

When you have all your mileage entered for the past few months, ExpressIFTA saves all the information so when you are ready to enter your miles for March, you will pick up right where you left off. Here is an overview of our IFTA Quick Entry process.

ExpressIFTA also provides an IFTA Trip Sheet option to enter specific details including fuel purchases and distances you travel on a specific trip.
